1. Dhanurasana: This Asana focuses the body’s weight on the abdominal muscles, thereby improving digestive function. It tones the muscles in the hands and legs, improves respiration and helps to burn fat. It is also known to moderate the secretion of adrenal glands while stimulating the nervous system.    

2. Surya Bhedana Pranayama: This particular breathing exercise improves digestive efficiency, leading to faster metabolism of fat content. It is also known to moderate appetite, thus reducing the urge to eat more than necessary.

3. Yoga Mudra: These hand gestures help to evoke an atmosphere of serenity and calm, which allows you to meditate and leave your worries behind. While Obesity is indeed a problem, obsessing over it will not help you in any way!
